Standard Dynamics SL limits the revenue adjustments to a single account. If you maintain separate revenue recognition for Labour, Materials, Subcontractors or other costs types you need Renown's Percent Complete. Renown allows an unlilimited number of Revenue Accounts to be adjusted based on a percentage of that accounts budgeted revenue.

Percent Complete status mey need to be set varting levels: Project, Task or some roll-up level within the Task Structure. Renown's Percent Complete can calculate summary totals for Budget, Actual & Percent Complete for any grouping of Task Segments. Adjustments can then be entered at the summary level.

If you Bill projects in multiplle currencies and control; project and tasks budgets, percent complete status and reveneue recognition using the Project's Bill currency, rather than the company's base currency, then Renown's Percent Complete can help you, by showing all values in Bill currency.

Renown's Percent Complete pre-calculates percent values based on current actual versus budget values, at both the project and task levels. A percentage is calculated for the revenue account and related cost. Use earned revenue from allocations as a guide to project status.

It is possible to load multiple projects into a single adjustment batch for more efficient processing. Use the filters to load all projects for specific project manager, bill currency, or contract type. Then run down the loaded grid adjusting percent statuses for all projects and/or tasks.

Percent Complete displays both the revenue and related costs for each adjustment row.  The project manager can review cost and revenue, budget and actual, balances when setting for percent complete values.  Pre-calculated percentages can be adjusted for costs and revenues.
