The Dynamics™ SL Project Series is a comprehensive Project Management and Accounting solution. Renown has extended and enhanced this rich functionality to increase flexibility and improve processing efficiency.  The Renown Project Suite adds fantastic features and can cut license costs at the same time.  Each Project Suite User gets the full range of functionality from Estimating to Billing 

	Estimating / Budgeting			Project & Employee Maint.
Build Estimates using item details: Labour, Subcontract, Materials, etc. Convert Estimates to Budgets and auto-create Projects when a job is won. Maintain project budgets based on labour hours and rates or any other line item units and rates.			Streamline Project and Employee maintenance via enhanced screens. Task structures can be managed with Tree Controls. Assignments can update Allocator Rates and Budgets. Reduce license costs for high user count project clients.
	Time Entry (Remote)			Approver Mgr  Delegation
Offline Calendar Timecard Entry, Excel Imports or Web Time Entry "empOwer". Calendar Timecards integrates with Outlook to allow users to enter time details offline in a Calendar format. Time Entry is easier, simpler and faster, encouraging user adoption and timecard completion.			Quickly and easily re-assign managers for Projects, Employees and Timecards. Permanent re-assignments or period delegations. Delegate an alternate manager whilst the primary manager is away. All scheduled assignments are processed automatically by a Windows Service.
	Percent Complete Mgt			Project Billing
Adjust multiple Projects in a single batch. Auto-calculate cost and revenue percentages for Projects and Tasks. Give PMs visibility into calculated performance. Adjust percentages at summary levels (ie Group by a Task Segment). Keep separate revenue recognition statuses for labour, materials and other cost types.			Review billing details in a summary roll-up tab. Adjust sub-totals by amount or percentage enabling easy Percent Complete Milestone Billing or Time & Materials Detail Billing. All in a single screen. Also allows billing schedule items to be loaded into the current bill.
	Emp. Assignment / Rates			Supplier Material Pricing
Resource Assignment is enhanced to support any cost type including: materials, equipment, subcontractors, etc.  Assignments can update linked cost and revenue rate tables and/or maintain budgets.  Rate and Budget maintenance has never been easier to understand or perform.			Supplier Price Books can be maintained for any number of suppliers and unlimited products or services. Use Inventory and/or Non-Inventory code file product lists.  The suppliers effective price will default to POs or Project Estimates, enabling accurate quoting and purchasing for project items.
	Subby Time to AP Voucher			Credit Card Import
Select Subcontractor Timecard and Expense Lines to build AP Vouchers ensuring reconciled expenses for Subcontractors. Generate voucher documentation to send to subcontractors and improve processing and recovery timeframes for project expenses.			Import Credit Card Statements and generate either Expense Claim or AP Vouchers for each of the imported lines.  Reconcile Expense Claim or AP Voucher lines against a CC statement for all credit cards ensuring all expenses are accurately processed.
