Completed timesheets, expense and Per Diem claims entered into Dynamics AX Project Time & Expense module can populate the necessary time, benefits and leave components of a payrun;
- Eliminates rekeying time sheets for contract employees paid via payroll. Also beneficial for hourly timesheet based contract employees.
- For Full -time employees, enter leave into the Microsoft Dynamics AX Human Resource Module, once leave is approved, leave can be prepopulated into timesheets (as leave) helping manage the timesheet process.
- Pay Per Diem's via Payroll. Per Diem’s can be claimed and approved via the Dynamics AX Time & Expense module. If a Per Diem is required to be paid via payroll (appear on the payslip and group certificate), it can be processed by the Dynamics Payroll for Microsoft Dynamics AX without any rekeying.
